Hot pepper hands.

It is the most annoying thing to happen to any one while cooking. Even recalling it makes me feel hot. due to Joshua Tewksbury, a biologist, a quarter of the world's population eats chilies every day. So aren't you curious how this burning happen. 

There is a chemical compound found in all spicy  peppers known as capsaicin. Due to this compound hot pepper burn occurs. And it is the chemical responsible for their addictive, fiery favor. How ever its burning effect can be felt in any tissue including our skin.

The best prevention for hot pepper hands is to use gloves. But if you forgot to wear gloves or don't have any around, there are several remedies for burning fingers such as coat your hands with vegetable or coconut oil before cut the peppers or wash hands with dish soap, alcohol, whole milk or baking soda after dicing up peppers.
